Our Athletics Programs

Little Sprinters (Ages 5–7)

Program Highlights:

Our youngest athletes learn the joy of running, jumping, and moving confidently in their bodies. Classes use obstacle courses, relay games, and themed challenges to build agility and balance.


  •  40-minute sessions – Perfect for early learners
  •  Colorful cones, ladders & hurdles – Safety-focused and engaging
  • “Animal races” and “Jump over the river” games for natural movement

Junior Athletics (Ages 8–11)

 

Weekly Sessions Include:

  •  Sprint mechanics – Proper running form and drive
  •  Jumping drills – Long jump basics and vertical leap
  •  Endurance games – Fun circuit-style fitness challenges
  •  Motivational rewards – “Speed Star,” “Form Focused,” and “Jump Champ” badges

 

What They’ll Learn:

  • Sprint starts and finishes
  • Proper breathing and pacing
  • Dynamic stretching and warm-up routines
  • Group challenges that encourage support and sportsmanship

Track & Field Academy (Ages 12–16)

 

Advanced Program Includes:

  •  Three 90-minute sessions weekly – Sport-specific and fitness-focused
  •  Track events – Sprint (100–400m), middle-distance (800 m+), relays
  •  Field training – Shot put, long jump, hurdles (modified for youth)
  •  Strategy sessions – Pacing, warm-up science, hydration, and recovery
